Our staff members have spent many years devoted to pursuing excellence in their field and have attained a certain level of expertise to qualify them as instructors and trainers.

Through extensive training, certification and dedication, our staff has attained mastery in their fields and now enjoy sharing their skill and passing it on to our members. Here are a few of 1.2.1 Personal Training's staff members:

Kathy has extensive accreditations in various catagories of health and fitness. She has over 25 years of experience within the industry and is affiliated with Fitness Australia, Fitness Victoria and VICFIT.

Sarah Goulden  (Personal Trainer)
Sarah has been involved in the fitness industry for 4 years. She is a friendly,caring team member with excellent motivational skills, all attributes to ensure great results.

Lisa Shulze  (Personal Trainer)
Lisa is a new staff member of 1.2.1 personal training. Her friendly personality combined with her great motivational skills help Lisa achieve great results for all clients.

Aubree Mitchell  (Office Assistant)
Aubree is our youngest, but very competant member of our team.
